    I don't have many before photos but this is me senior year (07) about 180#s and 6' tall and I thought I was big then. Benching about 225 not doing legs at all.

    These were a few months back at a strongman competition I competed in. About 250#s and I'm so much stronger now then I was then.. Still 3rd place.
