My ********* Experience

Sup Guys,

I have heard nothing but bad reviews about this company. Ranging from poor customer service,slow shipping , and orders not even being delivered. At first I was hesitant at placing orders with this company,but I sure am glad I did. I got in touch with Josh and he answered every question I had through text message, not slow daily emails. I ordered the the 2nd. gen sub set up with the 5 channel amp. I received my shipment within a week. Took me forever to get it installed , because of school and work. I finally finished two weeks ago and it sounds amazing.Sound quality is on point. I also have the door speaker mounts and they're much more solid than the flimsy plastic ones. Overall my experience was great and recommend their products. I know people have their doubts ,but from my view I would order from them again.

I got their door mounts too. I'm very pleased with them. Showed up nice and fast too. I would use ********* again

 

Seems like they're under new management IIRC. They have a rep here on the forum who has been very good at addressing previous issues, anyway.

Glad to hear they're turning around, lot of demand for their stuff, was a shame the business end wasn't there.

 

i just ordered some adapter, so we shall see. hoping for the best.

 

Ordered their door kit as well, the screws I got were low quality and an odd size and they stripped out almost instantly, the wiring harness came with a negative terminal connector that was the wrong size, and one of the speakers (image dynamics ctx69) was blown out, Josh replied to me as well and confirmed I would be getting a refund, just waiting on the packaging. I wouldn't hesitate to buy their adapters as they seemed top quality, but perhaps their vendors need to check QC before sending out first, congrats on the purchase though!
