My sarcasm completely went over your head lol.

I was pointing out how flawed your logic was. You are using one train of thought to justify your choice but you completely disregard that exact same train of thought being a possible reason for the other side of the argument.

when i moved to SF a few years back, i gave my Ford Ranger to my sister because i could rarely find a parking spot within 5 blocks, and even then it was either on some evil hill or questionably in the red. when i moved to Oakland, i got my Ranger back - so thankful i didn't sell that truck! there's so much more space on the East Bay despite its density. either way, i still had the occasional issue getting into spots and mostly turning around. not so much with my 2016. this turning radius on this truck feels fantastic to me. the surround visibility is significantly reduced from my Ranger, but part of that is getting used to its dimensions and utilizing the backup camera. its been a great city truck for me in the past... 6 weeks since i got mine. its been all around the east bay north bay and the Sierras a few times... but not yet SF.

by the way, i still didn't sell my trusty Ranger. I gifted her to my sister in law who is loving the hell outta her. yeah, i get attached.

Add a front bumper cam and it will be easy to park anywhere. The front bumper is very hard to estimate where it actually is. I seem to end a foot or so short from where I think it is. I dont want to learn by the braile method. Cars disappear under the hood line way before your even close to them. If its tight back in, the rearview camera works great.
