Does anyone know if there is a way to adjust the clutch on these? From the undercarriage not at the pedal.

No, it is hydraulic. Maybe there is a way to adjust the pedal, but I've never seen an adjustable hydraulic clutch.

In what way did you want to adjust it? In the cab you can adjust the free play and pedal height a decent amount to change when the pedal engages the clutch. Just make sure it's still within spec.
