    Hard to tell if the negative's outway the positives. So let the people who OWN them vote! I obviously know the Load E's will get a little worse mpg's. But I think the ride might be better, even though a little stiffer. I have no idea if there's going to be significent power loss. Please vote only if you have this exact tire! Thanks

    Did you maybe mean 265/75r16 load range E?

    Also, TRD OR comes with Goodyear Wranglers, not Rugged Terrains.

    Why would you want the load range E?? They are a good bit heavier = more un-sprung weight = more power required to roll them. This truck only requires load C tires.

    I like the stock rims. They only come in load E in that size. I would have to buy new rims at a cost of around $800. Also, many guys seem to love them. I'm thinking maybe just a few guys are hyper sensitive to the negatives. Hoping that the owners of this tire will say once and for all. Hell yes, or Hell no! I want to hear from the guys who have these on there truck right now. Anybody can speculate weather they would want them or not.

    Down here in Arkansas , there are a LOT of gravel roads with sharp rocks . I will for sure get 10 ply load range E tires after my first cut up tire that cannot be fixed if kevlar does not hold up on my future TRDOR.. I told the wife , a lot of money could be made by tire companies if they offered select 10 ply tires for small suvs and even cars here. It is a sure thing to get the road hazard protection with new tires here .
    Even if a tire is replaced under the road hazard plan ,it is still a pain in the arse all too many times .

    I ran that size on my Gen 2 for 60,000km.

    Improved traction, handling, stability, looks and durablity. With wear they became noisy, The added weight and diameter pushed the brakes to the limit and fuel economy was poor.

    I wouldn't do it again. My current truck has 265/75R16s from the factory and the selection of load range C offroad tires is lacking. Ended up with P rated Hankook ATMs for now, excellent tires.

    So far pretty even 50/50. Just wished I liked the 17" trd pro wheels more. Then it would be a no brainer. To my eyes the stock trd off road wheels look tougher.

    I'm sure hoping the votes for the 265/70/r17 load C tires have actually run the load E 265/75/r16 on the 2016 tacoma. Otherwise, this won't be accurate. Make this legit! Change your vote if you haven't run them on this truck. I want the truth! Even if I can't handle the truth! :amen:

    I'll let you know I'm not leaving the dealer with mine till it has 265/70/r16 E rated tires on it. Limestone gravel roads will eat the factory P metric tires for lunch.

    I have them and went up a size and mine are load C for my Sport. They look awesome and no desire to go back to stock.

    I have them and don't mind them at all. Yeah, it's overkill loadwise on our trucks, but I don't worry as much about gravel roads and other offroading as I would with a thinner tire. MPG dropped a couple, but I knew the 4.0L was a gas hog before I bought the truck, so I was already braced for cruddy mileage. Would buy again.
