    Complete rebuild at 197k miles
Is this a motor swap or rebuild? Are you certain it is a no spark condition rather than no fuel? If the EFI fuse or relay are pulled it will not crank up regardless of the speedo/tach connection. My 2.7 started up before I reconnected the gauge cluster. I have no experience with the 3.4, but most motors are basically the same. Fuel, air compression and spark. Check the MAF connector as well. I had a mustang that would not start if the MAF was disconnected.
