Track bar is all done, we welded in a new cross member for the front shackle and it all turned out awesome! Still have to figure out something for a shock mount, get new exhaust made, and paint the assembly. If there's a trophy for longest rearend replacement, I'm the sure bet, lol
    Pics maybe tonight.

Just read this whole thread. THis intrigues me. Especially since the member is from Iceland where I know they love to put big tires on these things and beat the snot out of them. Seems like a fairly simple solution that and axle shop could make work.

I need to clean and paint everything, secure my hard lines, setup the ARB, figure out what I'm going to do for shocks, cut the U bolts, buy a longer bolt for the upper heim on the bar, new exhaust, and add bump stops.

What Trac bar is that? Is it low enough to offer any drive shaft protection

It's the kit from RuffStuff and on mine atleast, I wasn't able to mount it in any way that provided for driveline protection. I was hoping to, but it didn't work out. I'll fix that (driveline angle) some with duel FJ cases eventually. :)

I've been driving it for a week now. I just need to have my new muffler and exhaust welded up, fab mud flap mounts, mount the nitrogen tank, regulator, and plumb the ARB. These rear springs are stiff as hell, I would like to replace them but don't find many places that offer 8" lift rear springs. A front bumper and a Warn winch is on my short list too, and..., and.......

I'm gonna take a shot in the dark since this post is two years old, and hope you're still around to elaborate on it

Still here, just don't post too often. I'll help out anyway I can.
If your asking about a tundra 9.5" chunk in our 8" housing though, I got nothing, lol
