98 Tacoma TRD 81 Pickup truggy
    SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD

I'm looking to sell my 98 Tacoma TRD, it's a 5 speed manual with 224k miles. It has an ARB front bumper with Hella lights and a custom fabricated rear bumper. I traded my 4Runner to my friend this past fall to get this. He wanted a 4Runner and I thought I wanted a small pickup. He owned it for about a year before I got it. During his ownership he had me (I own a shop) do quite a bit of work to it. Including…

Timing belt - with all the goodies
    Radiator
    Valve Cover gaskets
General tune up - plugs, wires, belts etc
    Front brake pads & rotors
    Steering rack and tie rods
    Alignment
    Toytec/Bilstein adjustable coilovers
    Bilstein rear shocks
    285/75R16 General Grabber AT/2s
    16x8 steelies

The truck is originally from CO, and from what I was told has only been in VT for a few years. So rust is very minimal, still the original frame, the whole underside and cavities have been heavily coated in Fluid Film several times. The body has dings, dents and scratches. Mostly on the rear corners under the tail lights and then a good scratch on the hood. The interior is decent, typical 18 years worth of ground in dirt and stains. Drivers seat is torn, but it has some…nice…seat covers. Overall a very solid truck that runs and drives great. I've enjoyed owning it, but I'd really like to have a full size truck. So this has to go.

Asking $6500obo and the truck is located just south of Burlington VT.

Currently the rack isn't on it, it can come with the truck if the buyer wants it.

And to prove I'm not the typical schmuck who just made an account to peddle my truck...

Here's my 81 Pickup I've built from the ground up.

And now it's in the process of getting a mild 5.3/TH400/NP205 and built 60/80 Cruiser axles…

Bump…I'm open to offers. I could probably also figure out delivery within a reasonable distance of VT.

I'll take some pictures of the underside tomorrow showing that it's not rusty.

Here are some pictures (some better than others). I suppose its sort of hard to tell that its not rusty through the heavy layer of Fluid Film (and some dirt). But you can definitely tell by the bottom of the cab that the truck isn't your typical NE truck.
