I currently live in Florida and don't have a garage at my apartment so I've been looking into car covers mainly to protect my new Tacoma from sun damage.

Has anyone else bought a cover for their Tacoma, weather it be universal or made to fit? If so, can you let me know what you have and how you like it? I see a couple googling but want to get some personal opinions.

Checkout Calcarcover.com I have their best outdoor cover. I believe it's called the "Superweave". Covered our 2016 RAV4 and it kept it spotless. I'm so impressed I think I will get one for my new Tacoma. Good thing for me we live in California and our weather is good throughout the year for the most part. I highly recommend it. Good luck

PS: they're very very expensive but in my opinion worth it

I have had side body moldings on both my 2012 and 2016 Access Cabs and swear by Dawn enterprises (url: www.dawn-ent.com/Accessories/Body-Side-Moldings/Painted-Body-Side-Molding?sort=p.price&order=DESC)
(ph: (800) 548-4867)They are a good, reliable product, easy to install and 1 & 1/2 inches wide. They stand
by their product. I also have their product on the wife's 2013 Avalon. Suggestion, do not install them mid
door height. they should be placed right on the curve on the lower part of the door. If you place them at
mid door height, most car doors will strike your door much lower. And, the appearance is much better.
Check Dawn Enterprises out, you won't regret it. I am in no way affiliated with/nor am I employed by Dawn Enterprises; I am simply a VERY satisfied customer.
