Toyota Frame Rust and CRC

06 Tacoma Access Cab TRD

So I had my truck sprayed (bc it didn't fail the frame perforation test) by toyota on January 30th, 2015 and now went to get it inspected and it wont pass!! (See pics)

Now I have a nice paper weight that toyota cooperate won't replace the frame (like they should have to begin with) bc they said the spray was applied! As you can see the rust spot is more than three inches long so it didn't just happen and the CRC spray didn't do a thing!!

Why isn't there a warranty on these frames like the first gens had and why does toyota keep using awful quality frames!!
