What Have You Done To Your 2nd Gen Tacoma Today?

After replacing the front grille with an OEM white one, I decided to plasti-dip the rear bumper white to match. Turned out pretty good, a few places i may need to touch up. Let me know what you think.

Built a platform for the bed over the last few days. Topped it off with carpet padding and outdoor carpet.

Thanks! No I just remove the license plate, the bulb housings and taped off the rest

 

Finished up my CB, phone and some day scanguage deck made from left over steel and a $5 cell phone holder.

 

Damnit! I didn't even know these existed. One more thing...

 

Looks very "TRD Sport" like. Not much of a chrome guy myself....so I like it.

 

I'm not a big chrome fan either. Got some goodies coming at the end of this month and I'll finally be able to make a build page.

 

Can't wait to check it out.

And yeah....the main reason I went with the Sport was to avoid the chrome. I don't even like the shiny look of the LED tails.....so my Sport has base lights. I can more or less deal with the shiny wheels though.

 

I love mine, they make the mirrors so much better.

Painted the rear axle today with por-15 that stuff is amazing, also painted the front skidplate

 

Finally got around to trimming the front mud flaps. Took 4" off of them. They still look pretty long in the picture but I didn't want to take too much off.

I did the write up for the door tweeter bezels and also the gauge bezels in my build thread.

 

What do they say about imitation? The best one I've seen so far

 

Finally got to my AAL on Sunday to get rid of the slight bro lean. Then finished installing the 30" amber/white light bar in the lower grill tonight. Need to upgrade the cheap mictuning switch, but super happy with the light output. Had my grill off way too many times this week.

 

looks good to me i just did mine black the other day didn't think about the white. oh well if i don't like it ill change it. i've got a can of white after doing grill emblem
