positive or negative colors

2007 DC. front speaker wiring. which color is positive and which is negative on the factory speaker harness?

 

umm... i'de assume black is negative.

 

yah black should be....your talking like in the doors? im pretty sure they were black

 

The colors are different on each door. One post I found lists this (LF=left front, LR = left rear):
LF (+) pink
LF (-) violet
RF (+) blue
RF (-) light green
LR (+) black
LR (-) yellow
RR (+) red
RR (-) white

You can double-check it in the FSM:

 

Thats a negative. I just swapped speakers in the front last month and there was different colors on every wire, at each door.

 

don't the negative ones have black tracers tho?


idk it was a year ago when i changed mine out...could be wrong
