My Traffic Routes Greyed Out

I set up 4 MY TRAFFIC ROUTES on the Entune Traffic App. They are still there, but 99% of the time they are greyed out and not available to select. Does anyone know why that is, or if I need to do something to make them work?

 

Best Guess....Your not logged into the Entune app on your phone, and/or your have no HD service, check it out.

 

So it turns out that it works whenever the truck is stopped, then greys out when you start moving. Not sure if it's designed to work that way or not, but I guess I can just check before I put it in gear.

 

Yes it's designed that way, many features of the head unit grey out while moving so there is less distraction for the driver.

 

Mine are green while driving.
