Transfer case skid plate?

    Is this a skid plate for the transfer case? I thought I remembered people saying that there was no skid plate for it. I have the off-road package btw...

    17" TRD wheels w/265/70/17 BFG KO2s, Weathertech mud flaps, Gecko LED bed lights, more to come.
    You'll scrape your exhaust first, so that's a good indicator to stop and back up.

    Is that why Toyota decided to let the exhaust dangle down like that on an off-road vehicle? :crazy:

    Hey... that pic does NOT show a skid plate..

    In my TRD Sport, I've got the short one from the front and it covers oil filter, etc, but the OR has a second one that goes back further and covers all that shit in the OP's pic...

    Is there any chance that you have a 2WD OR and not a 4x4 OR..?? That might be the the reason for the lack of the rear skid plate..??

    Not sure cuz I only got a TRD Sport 4x4... (we get the front plate only)..
