Access Cab. Used. 58k miles. $21,000 fr dealership. Dealership states been in 2 accidents, but no police reports and assumes no major accident. Definitely no major repairs/damage. I just dont know if im paying too much or not. They also state some type of odor, saying 1/10 10 being normal smell, and this being an 8. These are things im thinking are manageable.

Otherwise, avail is the near equivalent truck, but its 2011 61k miles for same exact price. But none of the potential red flags.

I have a special financing situation (bs credit), & im stuck at this price. All the tacos in my city at this price are either 1st gen tacoma with 120k+ miles, and id love a dbl cab- but they are minimum $27k +. I currently have a regular cab 2006 tacoma, so any of these 2 will change my life----AND i still get to stay with my preference truck #1 the Tacoma.

Lastly, i need a new vehicle ASAP bec of a current title loan w my current truck, i need my next truck within this next week, and this price/ deal is the absolute best deal ive seen in my city.

    Shown below
Black wheels (plastidip???) is the 2012
    Stock wheels is 2011

My 2012 dclb sr5 4x4 was $22,500. It had 80k on it, minor bumps and scratches from being used as a work truck. That was right on the blue book value, but it was exactly what I wanted.
If I was going to decide between those two, I'd get the 2011. I'd offer less though, only because I always do. $19k out the door.

Not worth it. 2 accidents is the deal breaker. Major or not, there are PLENTY of tacos out there. That's just me though.

I would be patient and keep looking or go for the 2011 out of the two you are looking at.

I think that's a steep price for an ac. I would look private party for a better deal.

    A few things
What is the odor? Like a body decomposed in it or from smoking?

Good call. I wouldn't bite on this one. Get approved for financing through your bank or credit union. Buy private party. I'll call bs on no 2nd gen double cabs for under 27k. Go on Craigslist and cars.com

Just wait man. I passed on several I would've liked to buy but they all had something that I would probably have regret if purchasing. Just got an 09 DCLB for 22. They're out there you just have to be ready to strike when you see it.

First for smell, take a can of lysol. Turn AC on, keep recirculation off, spray from outside and let run and clean ac stuff.
Auto geek. Com has interior scent bomb(like a bug bomb for house) some work in 3min, some take up to 30 min.
