ANY ONE KNOW WHAT THIS IS?

It is a gps tracker that also plugs in to your obd port and can transmit your exact location speed and heading as well as access all locks and engine controls, oh yeah and they can turn on the phone mic and listen in on you.
To remove it simply follow the cord from the back of the flashing light module to a cigarette pack sized black box, then follow the other wire to the obd port, unplug it and remove from the vehicle!
Then replace the obd port back in its normal location

 

I knew a few dealerships who did this to what they considered "high risk" buyers. Poor credit and such.

 

I like Flux capacitor, boy it would be great if it could take me back to 1985. But if the wife or big brother is watching, then I'm in big TROUBLE.LOL

Look around your house, there has to be a receiver somewhere. But under no circumstances, should you ask your wife.

Just keep looking for the receiver. It may be linked to her cell phone.

You can disable it via the Etune app or on the settings menu.

Took me a day to figure it out.
