    Hi to all...

I have a 2011 "Access" cab with aftermarket wheels and grill. Also added running boards for multiple reasons. I have been a lifetime Tacoma believer, but only recently purchased my first one. Do a lot of driving so always had a car until finally getting sick of driving cars for long distances. But it with 65k in January 2015 and currently have 115K, just took it in for the 120K maintenance.

I do as much basic maintenance as possible. Joined this form to learn more to be able to do more. Every time I would search google for questions on the Tacoma this site would come up. I have referred many times to the site and decided to be a part of the fun. Thanks to all for the help, hoping at some point I will be able to give back.

My next purchase is going to be tires, I have spent a lot of time reading the threads regarding tires and have learned a lot. My current question is if there is a big difference between the Michelin LTX M/S and the new model, Defender. It looks like there are chances to get a good clearance price on the previous model.

Also want to know if I should stay with 245 75 16 or switch to the 265 70 16. I know they are very similar is size but wondering which one is better for a lot of highway driving and which is better in snow?

    Thank You
