    Nothin yet....
All right. I used to use my father in laws Ford Ranger for hauling 100# propane tanks. I made a rack to hold them that slipped down into the forward stake side hole pockets. It worked great except the truck wasnt mine. Well now I have a 12 TRD Tacoma and just assumed that stake side pockets were standard for all pickups. I guess not.
My truck came with the plastic, factory top rails on the bed and so I popped them off only to find that there are holes in the steel top of the bed rail but no pockets to stabilize the stake. WTF? I even called a parts guy at a dealership and he said there is no pocket part available.
    So.......
1.Has anyone ever put some kind of pocket in there? How?
2How do all you folks carry upright 100# tanks?
    3. What kind of racks did you rig up or get?

    Any ideas would be great.
    Cheers
    Bryan

I just took my fathers down to fill it the other day. I put it up against the tailgate and ran a ratchet strap from the bed d-ring up through the handle hole on the top of the tank and down to the d-ring on the other side. Then put my ratcheting bedbar acrossed the bed up against the tank to keep it from kicking out. It work fine tank didnt move an inch during the whole 20 minute ride.
