Will a 2004 2RZ engine match up in my 99 SR5 2.4l?

    My new $400 truck needs a new engine. I found a salvage yard that has a 2004 2.4l 2RZ for $650. Supposed to be compatible according the the guy on the phone. Will this match right up? What can I expect to have add/change? Mileage is unknown. Theres also a 98 for $500(mileage unknown) and a 99 for $900 w/ 27k miles. Thoughts and opinions?
