Also would I be able to use a bed extender with this cover? Would the side rails prevent the extender from flipping over on the tailgate?

You're gonna want a trifold hard top at the least. I bought the bakflip g2 which is nearly flush with the bed. looks super sharp and protects cargo. Not that much more and well worth it in my opinion. youll still get to use the full length of the bed although you will lose the track system usage. other than that, pretty awesome purchase. you wont be sorry!

I have the Truxedo Truxport soft roll up cover and love it. Rails are fully usable. Got it for about $230 on AutoAnything.

I have the Access Lorado and I like it a lot. I had an Access one on my '09 Tundra for six years before this one and never had a problem with it either.

I made a short write up here in the main Tonneau Cover Reviews thread. It doesn't interfere a whole lot with the deck rails either. It does use them to mount, but you can still use the sliders a bit.
