so took my truck in for her first service today and they said don't have to change oil for 10000 miles is that true? And on top of that they said that they will charge extra 55$ if I want to rotate my tires because it's aftermarket. So basically that free 2 year service they offer is bullshit basically 2 of them is just to top off fluids and rotate tires. Wait that's not all I get a call saying my truck is done and it's has been in a minor fender bender and the only thing that got damaged was the plasti dip on my rear bumper and there was a scratch that has been buffed out after they took it to the body shop.

Question is there anything I can get in compromise knowing that my truck has been damaged. A situation like this happen to anybody else?
    Thanks

As far as the oil change goes, yes the manual states 10k miles. Some dealers will let you use your oil change "tickets" at any time, but some are strictly by the book. As far as tire rotation goes, I don't think there is anything that states it must be factory tires. I would look into that more if I were you.
Now the fun part. You need to see what the dealer will do for you. First off,did they fix the damage like it never happened? If not you can make them get it fixed correctly. They prob won't do much after that, they may offer some free washes, but I don't think I would trust them with that. It will take time and pushing on your part and see what happens. Only you know what it will take to resolve this.

Most modern Toyota engines can 10k between oil changes these days, my 2013 Scion I had prior to this Tacoma had the same interval. Synthetic oil lasts a lot longer between changes.
