Hi everyone, My apologizes in advance that this question has been asked a million times but after all my searching I still could not find a definitive answer for myself on what to get in terms of tire and wheel size.. I am doing a 3 inch lift on my truck and trying to figure out what are the biggest tires I should run without re-gearing my truck and causing any excessive wear or damage to searing or drive-train components. I have a 2013 dbl cab V6 auto and have no interest or money to spend on a re gear. I Have read many times 33x10.5x15 is a perfect size tire and wheel combo for this trucks and it will not require a re gear, and many other people say that any 32/33 tire you should definitely re gear. Some say they never noticed a power difference using stock gearing and others say its almost unbearable to drive due to the lack of power. I have on now 265/60R18 and would like to stick with an 18 inch wheel , maybe with a 285/65 tire but once again some say all it needs is minor trimming around the wheel well and mud flap removal and others say they will never put a 285 on there truck again. Over all i'm just looking for a nice wheel/tire combo that gives me a nice aggressive stance to go with a 3 inch lift. My truck is a daily city commuter that hauls some wood and an atv from time to time and I don't really do any offroading (not to say I never will.) Thanks for any advice, I am still really new to truck upgrading world so any advice or tips are much appreciated!
