I have duratracs on my lifted taco & my lifted 4runner, LT265/75R16 C load. Considering how aggressive they are highway noise is very low. They ride nice but some people have complained about balancing issues. In the past 3 years i had to re-balance one tire on my 4runner due to a slight vibration at highway speeds. I offroad with my 4runner (just trails and mud, no rocks) & I tow a small camper with my tacoma so i've done some long haul road trips with them. On or off road i love'em.
