    It would be most helpful to know what all components you're dealing with. Stock coils? (OR or Sport?) Shocks? (I see where you say Bilstein 5100's) Measured size of rear block? Then measure center of hub to bottom edge of fender opening, front and rear. With actual "real time" measurements and parts list, it would be less speculation on what you have AND what you need to get the desired ride height. You do NOT want to put that spacer on with a lift already in place. It is common practice to use a 1/2" thick top plate spacer on top of lifted coils/shocks to get to 3", but never beyond 3"..... but a spacer like you show will raise the truck 2" to 2-1/2" MORE, compounding the issue with ball joints already being at or near their maximum.

    please go AAL in the rear and should help, and if you want it as high as possible leave the overload spring in. as far as the front add a light racing UCA. UCA will be around 485 and AAL will be around 200.
