Ive had the dreaded suspension sqeak at low speed since day 3 of ownership, purchased my 2016 Access Cab 2.7 September 2015

Took it into my dealer twice & they said nothing could be done since there wasnt a TSB & basically didnt want to do anything.

Gave up on my dealer & took it to another Toyota dealer & they agreed with me that theres a problem, took a drive with the tech & he was suprised how loud it was. Its only at low speeds on certain terrain.

They said there going to try & find what part is causing the noise & repair or replace.

I saw a few members on here experience this problem.

If they cant find the problem, what are my options? I havent called corporate yet , would that help?

Do we have somewhere here to give kudos and bad ratings for dealers here? A feedback forum?

Noises sometimes are hard to pin point. If they can duplicate it they won't want to waste their time trying to look at it. Not only that but even if they do most won't spend a lot of time trying to find the issue. Best thing to do when taking your vehicle to a dealer is have them write a repair order on the complaint. You should get a survey in the mail or emailed to you. If your unhappy with their service. Give them a low score. Odds are you will be getting a phone call to bring it back in so they can check it out

    Update:

Dealer called me at the end of the today.

The bushing cracked & was causing rubbing against the frame, which was creating the noise.

They said its replaced & the noise is gone. Going to pick it up tomorrow & make sure. hopefully all is good.
