2016 Tacoma OR 4X4 DCSB 6MT MGM

I notice a noise when simply inserting the key into the ignition - not in acc or on. I can hear it when the door is open, but just barely when it's closed. It lasts for just a second or two. Any idea what that noise is?

Mine does the same. I assume it's the fuel pump. But you know about assuming.
