I think it's more of a case of others being lazy but, you are still generous.

On the plastic pieces. They look the same as the ones used on the 2015. I just wanted to get the numbers for the parts. When I get my access cab this summer.

Toyota needs to have online access to parts diagrams, part numbers, and prices. It's 2016 and these trucks have been out for half a year already.

I don't want to go to a dealer, or worse call them to speak with the parts department rookie to try and describe what I need and hope they get it right. At my dime.

I can get parts diagrams online for my Honda and Acura cars, my Ducati and Honda motorcycles, my scag lawn mower, and even Lego pieces. It's sad they can't seem to get this figured out for their customers.

They just pull straight out forward (as in the way the truck rolls, not to the side). You can help some by pushing from the rear on the inserted clips if you open the hood. If you have a plastic pry tool that might help some. Work your way around the edges a little at a time. If you are replacing them have the confidence that you will be getting new ones anyways.
