Sound Deadening Back of Regular Cab

    what have y'all done on the (relatively) cheap to deaden out a bit of the tin can ness of these things? i've thought of just doing like a couple thick coats of spray on bed liner...

    anyway, any input would be nice...i'm wanting to put some speakers in the back trim panels, so getting rid of some of the road noise would help with that too

    2002 Taco 2.7 4x4 auto, 96 Taco 2.7 4x4 manual, previously 2003 Taco 4x4 auto, 2000 Taco 2.7 4x4 manual, 1994 22RE 4x4 manual, and 1996 T100 4x4 auto
    I used a combination of carpet padding and quick roof. The quick roof worked pretty well and was super easy to install, the carpet padding was mostly a waste of time.

    anyway, i'm guessing you put the carpet on top of the quick roof?
