smittybilt tonneau 6' bed

just ordered a smittybilt soft tri fold 6' tonneau for $172 +tax on Amazon.ca could not find a bad review on them good buy if all is good quality wise

 

price now 256 not 20 mins after i ordered?????wtf i had it in my cart for a day or so the price dropped twice . is there a trick to this Amazon shopping or just the luck of the draw?

 

I've niticed that online prices go up & down all the time depending the time of day, reviews, demands, etc. They monitor the flow of online shoppers !

Hi, I do like it I only use it once in a while when i need keep things out of site or out of the rain or snow it fits well and looks good . It is not one of the strongest built tonneau s I've seen but it does the job for me. It can be completely removed for full bed access or will fold to the front if you need it to. I got a good deal when I ordered on Amazon check your prices.I'll try get some pics later.

They look nice ... if only i had $800+ to buy one

 

What I would use personally in the soft folding category ..

1. Extang Trifecta
2. Advantage TorzaTop
3. Rugged Cover Premium Series (NOT the E-Series!)

All the above are well worth the money, as you certainly get what you pay for. Anything you see under the $269 mark are just carbon-copy knock-offs of the exact same Chinese made and container-shipped "stuff", there is no bonus of one over the other. Roll the dice when it goes bad and hope they help you.

If you absolutely must cheap-out on a tri-fold cover, American Tonneau and TonnoPro are probably the best at service after the sale.
