Upgrading Towing Hitch to Class IV on '13 Taco

Hi - looking to buy a '13 taco that does _not_ have the tow package. It's a V6 with the 7-pin connector but doesn't have the tow package... I'd like to be able to tow a 5,000 pound trailer, it'd only be a few miles, but i dont want to break anything doing this. Is it possible to upgrade the Class III hitch to a class IV? Either through the dealer, or after-market. I know i can get the trans-cooler but how about the hitch? If so, where and how much can this be done for?

Should be a bolt on that you can do yourself. Whether or not the hitch itself blends well with the truck will vary by model.
