New suspension ideas, recommendations

Hi everyone,
I have an 03 3.4L v6 double cab 4x4. I have been doing a lot of looking around and I'm wondering what are the best options for shocks and struts. should I go with the complete assembly or get everything separately, and if so what type/brand? Thanks in advance for any responses and please no sales people like on other forums.

Depends on your budget. Most recommended is Bilstein 5100 with Add A Leaf.
