Remote starter on new 2016 tacoma

    Hello, I have a new 2106 tacoma sport double cab and couldent be happier. My question is when I start my truck with the dealer installed remote starter. I can't get into the truck without the engine shutting off. The remote uses the toyota key fob to start it. Not sure if it is a toyota product. I contacted the dealer before writing this but am still waiting for a response. Any input on the matter would be greatly appreciated.
