Mock-up door pods. This mock-up became the mold for the final. Never took pictures of the final though.

2010 Xrunner blowthrough. No vids of the box in action. The only other pics I have of the old box (8s) is the blowthrough cutout and my burps. 143.3 @ 33hz on roughly 1400 watts according to my amm1.

Still using them to this day. The neo pros are really good at mid-bass or mid-range duty...just have to eq/tune them right. The ft1's are also another item that really shine after proper eq/tuning.

How does Sundown Audio compare generally to other brands? I've never heard of them until I joined this forum and it seems like a lot of people enjoy their products.

Their subs and speakers perform with specific alignments in mind...but they have been proven to excel beyond their intended focus. I can't speak for their amps. Jacob actually puts in work to try to innovate their subs/speakers to get the best compromise of performance and reliability. Sundown audio has been in the game for some time now. Whenever someone asks about their performance I refer them to look at/try their E and SD series. Anything above that is performance gains.

They have made their name big through forums vice brick and mortar. The price point scares some people away but if your willing to pay for jl you might as well look at sundown as an option.

It really Depends on which brands you're comparing, which products from each brand, SQ VS SPL, ETC......

I agree with everything you said except "referring people to look at/try their E and SD series. Anything above that is performance gains." From my Experience the SA's may be louder than the E's but they are much more musical. The E didn't sound that great it seemed more like it was for somebody looking for a decent amount of bass at a cheap price. oh and "The price point scares some people away but if your willing to pay for jl you might as well look at sundown as an option." Sundown is priced very cheap compared to JL. If somebody is looking to buy JL they're looking for high end SQ over SPL so sundown isn't their best bet. Now don't get me wrong the SD series does sound good but in terms of SQ, JL is playing in a different league. As well as when it comes to price JL is in a different league.

Lower bass, more kick in the chest, but I am getting ready to take out the amp rack and add the 13.5. The sundowns kind of blur tones, I think the mix will be the best of both worlds.

JL Audio Subwoofer and tweets, blacked out emblems. Tinted windows. Coming soon- 2" level kit, 265/75/16 AT tires, sound processor
They build serious competion level subs and amps along with mainstream products as well. Not for the faint of heart
