Ok this is the latest on my one and only issue with this 3rd Gen with 3500 miles on the clock.
    The issue is DEAD.
It died peacefully on the same day it reared it's ugly head and has not made another appearance in 4 days now.
    Therefore I'm declaring it dead.
    May it RIP.
It was raining that day, maybe that caused it?? My front door sometimes will stick under heavy rain so maybe who knows??
Moreover, being as it is being reported everywhere on the forum here that bolts seem to be popping loose everywhere, I did check them and to my surprise, are you ready for this...They were tight as an oil drum.
And if I may add, this door is a monster build quality, just like my other Toyota 4R and others I've had in the past.
All is well for now, fingers crossed and scared to death, still waiting for my wheels to fall off hehe!.
    Cheers!

Great - you just shared what every engineer learns in 4 years of college and is supposed to be the engineers secret code of worldwide problem solving.:annoyed:

Guess the OP still needs to figure out if they need to use duck (vs duct) tape or wd40 to solve their unsafe door squeak.

Covered in stickers and chrome stick-ons for extra horse torques and foot powers. Icon sticker gets me tons of travel, dozens of milimeters.
I'm not the only one who thinks Tacoma World can go on for 5 pages thinking this crap is real.

Only to find out it is real.
