Spare Tire AFTER Upgrade

    None so far..
    Ok, kinda dumb question here..

    I see some guys carry their "spare" tire/wheel on a rack mounted in the bed, or on the tailgate.

    But almost ALL the Tacos out there with lifts and tire upgrades seem to have either no spare, or retain the old stock rubber mounted underneath the bed.

    So say, one goes from the 145 Dunflops, to the 285 KOs, and the big tire goes down...
    Do you even bother trying to put the 145 on?
    What do most guys do.. Hope they wont get a flat on the new rubber?

    keep it in the bed? That is the reason I bought a rear bumper with the swingout, even since I havent upgraded yet. I plan on it, so I can have the spare. I wouldnt want to be stranded with a smaller tire. But thats just me
