Need some information on OE steel wheels

My 2008 Tacoma 4x4 has the factory "Styled Steel" wheels. They are identified as follows: T16x7J DOT CMC 10 07 KJ23. I'm considering replacing them and using these wheels on a car hauler with LT245/75R16E tires. Trouble is, Central Motor Wheel, who makes these wheels for Toyota, won't provide the Maximum Load Capacity for the wheels, stating Toyota can provide this information for me. So, I e-mail customer support and get the typical non-answer from a person who simply says to look on the placard on the door. The wheel capacity of course is not shown on the door. Can someone here either provide me the maximum load capacity of these wheels or tell me just how I go about contacting the right person at Toyota. Thanks!
