Bought my truck used the power out and cigarette light never worked. My radio went out and then my horn and hazards went out. Now I have read that tacoma's don't have a horn relay and I haven't found one either. So I have read that it is my ECU, Electric connection unit. Am I correct? Thank for any help. Mike
P.S. I do all the work on my trucks, confused ????

Not sure what you are asking. There is a ribbon cable assembly or clock spring, in the column. This can go bad causing no horn, cruise or turn signal. Hazards issues are not associated with this part going bad.

I read that my horn and hazards are on the same link. I have turn signals.

I would look for a common ground that is not landed properly. Might be just that simple.

Put a new horn on after making some jumpes and the old horn smoked. Checked the fuses before that. I read even in my Chitlins that it is in line with my hazards. there no neeed to ground the horn cuz it will ground with the bolt and I even filed the mount for a good ground. :(
