OK, my noise... 2015 DCSB with roof rack folded. On the passenger door only, a momentary wind chirp at 75+mph, no indication of wind gust or other wind change, happens maybe once in five minutes or so. Passenger could not verify location by fingertip feel along the weather seal. Window is tight. WTF?

The issue I have is a whistling noise that seems to be coming from right by my ear at 40+ MPH. It's worst right around 45MPH but only gets slightly quieter with speed. The mirror isn't the cause, and I've tried pushing against the door from the inside to see if that changes the tone or pitch and it doesn't. Seems to be a window gasket issue in my case because the ONLY way to relieve the noise is to crack the window and when doing that the wind noise is louder than the whistling so it really isn't any relief.

Irritates the hell out of me.

get a piece of hose about 8 inches long...stick it behind the weather stripping on the door where it makes contact to the "A" piller. it essentially pushed the weatherstripping up against the body of the truck and eliminates this noise. i forget the size of the hose right now but it works. (3/4's or 7/8's maybe)..hard plastic tubing would work as well.
