Rather than starting new threads, figured I would just update old deals that have came and went. This new one is with Carquest Wearever Platinum break pads and rotors. After a rebate of $20 an axle and 15% off you should end up paying around $70 for front brakes and rotors. I haven't went through the full process of buying and sending in the rebate but just wanted to post this. Looks like this runs through the end of MAY 2016.

I have no affiliation with any company(s) just always looking for decent deals to make car maintenance a manageable situation. I do a ton of driving so the items needed come more often.

Below is the previous deal which is no longer available.

Just found this on eBay; http://www.ebay.com/itm/90915-YZZD1...453062?hash=item3aa1d8f386:g:xuMAAOSwxYxU07HE

10 Toyota Filters - Many different sizes. This link is for the YZZD1, there are also YZZD3 and at least three or four other sizes.

You must put it on your cart to see the $40, its listed at $45

    Free Shipping

    Free 10 Drain Plug Gaskets

Not sure how long it will last...

I believe its the difference between the 2.7 and 4. Cannot confirm for sure. I think the D3 is bigger. I have a 2.7 and know the D1 is the correct one. You would have to put your truck into the search. Sorry, not much help, just don't want to steer you wrong.

I use the D3, but in a compatibility search both showed up. That is why I was wondering. Thanks for the reply, and I ordered mine.

Thanks, just bought a set, oil changes are going to be cheap between this deal and the Mobil 1 deal.

Just did my $15 premium oil change (Mobil 1 extended, Toyota filter) this weekend, wow. It use to cost me almost $40 for each. After the rebate is gone it will be $30 (oil, filter, drain plug washer) Me likey.

Stock up on mobil 1. I usually get 6-8 5qts jug when there is a rebate using my parents, neighbors and cousin address. Trick is to let the first checks clear then submit new rebates since there is a two limit per household.

Do the ones on Amazon include the drain plug gasket? This is worth another at least $5, which makes this even a better deal.

Think you did the math with only one rotor. There's no way to only pay for 70 for pads and two rotors. Plus they have 20% off now.
