I just put a new set of Michelin LTX MS/2 tires on my 2008 2.7L Access Cab. I never cared for the P215-70-R15 stockers, so I did a little research and discovered that the P235-75-R15 size will fit the stock 15x6 steel wheels. On they went in that size. The tires now look much more in proportion with my truck and they ride/handle/brake great, as well.

I'm no off-road guy. I use my truck on a farm for hauling materials and pulling trailers. My dad turned me on to these tires after he got unreal service from a set he put on his 2000 Suburban 2500. At first blush, I love the new tires. They have a taller profile, so my ride height is increased. I'm thinking that the additional width will yield longer mileage, too...so it is not a purely cosmetic thing. These tires are not available in the stock size for my truck, so I was pleased the larger size worked. Anyhow, I just thought I'd share...
