Hey hey everybody. I have a 2015 TACO Pre Runner. As of late in my neighborhood, all 4 wheels have been getting stolen and I'm thinking of getting wheel locks. I bought some official Toyota "Triple-nickel plating and a chrome overlay" wheel locks on Amazon (cheaper than dealership). My question is, are those wheel locks good enough for thieves NOT to steal my wheels or should I invest on an outside brand? Your answers will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I'm not sure if I've ever seen partial wheels being stolen.

Those should be sufficient. Thieves are going to find your wheels are locked and move one an easier target. It is very unlikely they are going to try an acquire the right key to take off your wheels, when the next car they can just pull the wheels off. Just don't put the key in the glove box.

crashandburn80, thank you for your help. Thieves have been taking all 4 wheels from cars as of late and I want to protect mine. Also, I will not leave the key in my glove box. HA! Thanks again.

I'm also reading online that maybe not getting the locks because the thieves will break into your car and look for it. NO matter what, thieves will still break and steal your stuff.

Wheel locks is a good investment. Just make sure you have good insurance in case anything happens. Or maybe it's time to move to a different neighborhood.
