Oh hell yeah! I knew there had to be someone else stepping their game up. You win! haha. I just got back from New Orleans and the jambalaya was fantastic. I even flew home with 4 lbs of andouille and some dried red beans and rice. In fact, im thinking asada may not be worthy. haha

Oh well shit. Don't get your hopes up. It's not gonna be "straight outta New Orleans Jambalaya". But it is tasty...

Don't get it twisted @goblue82. I said I was making taters first! Denny copied me. And they're gonna be stuffed with meat and bacon and cheese and heaven. So I'm my mind. I win too. :D

No way, man. I don't know you (yet) but I'm gonna gobble up at least 5 of those meat, cheese, bacon and heaven starch grenades for you.

Foil will help. Cook them to about 90% completion on the foil and then transfer them to the grates to finish them off. Helps tremendously from my experiences. And toothpicks. Button tight with toothpicks. Just an idea.

Not too poor. I'm getting ready too. But we're only going to have bacon rapped hotdogs, breakfast burritos, nachos. I don't what else my wife did the shopping.
