Total loss car fax, looking for a value?

Hi everyone. I bought a 2008 Toyota Tacoma in 2013 from a small dealership in Denver CO. I went to trade it in and of course the car fax shows a total loss in 2012.
I have a lawyer looking into the situation. My lawyer wants to know what the value of my TRD was in 2013, if it was known it was total loss at he time of purchase? I've said it wasn't worth anything to me as I would not have bought it. Can anyone help me find the value back then or even now. By the way the title shows that it is clean.
