2001 tacoma shuts off every 15 min.

Hello, I am in need of assistance. I have a 2001 toyota tacoma sr5 with 180000 miles. The vehicle shuts off about roughly every 15 min. Then after about 10 seconds or so, I can crank it up and I'm good for another 15 min until it does it again. I hooked it up to my scan tool and noticed the long term fuel trim was very high (in between 30 and 40). I immediately started searching for vacuum leaks. The guy I bought the truck from installed a spectre air intake system. It had a hole about 1" in the intake tube after the filter and before the MAF sensor. I repaired the intake tube and replaced the MAF sensor. Prior to this about a month before I replaced the bank 1 sensor 1 O2 sensor because it had gone bad. After all that the fuel trims dropped back down and fluctuate between 0 and 10. It still shuts off every 15 min. I thought the fuel filter may be bad so I replaced it as well. Still same issue. I checked the coil packs and they are all good. The scan tool reads 0 codes. There are 2 other things that I think it could be and that is either the fuel pump, or the igniter. The igniter would read a code if it was bad but I don't think the fuel pump would read a code if it were faulty. Any thoughts or suggestions on how to diagnose and fix this issue would be greatly appreciated.
