Tough question. Do you value looks first. Or performance. Would you take less than 3" for a better ride. Say 2-2.5". What's your budget. Can you swing 2k? Or you looking for something cheaper?

The thing to be aware of is that 4 cyl reg cabs are significantly lighter than the V6 access and double cabs that most suspensions are designed for. So if you go with icons or other coilovers, buy them from a knowledgeable outfit that can re-valve them for your lighter total weight.

If you go with a less expensive option like OME, I recommend picking the 884 springs and putting a 1/2" top plate on top, rather than going 885 springs.

    OME 3" lift MK6 wheels 285 Fierce MTs & 4.88s!!
OME 884s on 5100s (at 0) gave me 2&3/4" of lift after they settled. I run 285-16s with no problem. Rides good and I'm very happy with it. I do have a 1/4" top spacer on the drivers side for the Taco lean.
