I've been using it since I bought my truck in October. Yesterday it tells me my session expired and to log in. I go to log in, it won't accept my password. I go through the forgot my password steps (enter email, answer security question, etc.) but when I enter my new password it says "User not Present". If I try to re-register it tells me that the email address is already registered. Anyone else experiencing this?
