That's a tough one. I hope he realizes that she needs proper care and love from family and friends. That's a brutal condition she has. He needs to wake up!

Sorry to hear about this, hopefully the husband will open up a bit and allow people to help. He's going to need people and will appreciate the help in the future.

No the guy is and always has been a tool. It's his way to control the situation. He won't spend money on proper care because he is cheap. None of his actions have surprised anyone.
And I am certainly not the angel here, her friend that lives a few blocks away is the one that gets her and takes her places and is always upbeat. She is the best.

OH MAN!!!!!! I'm gonna have some fun with this! I posted earlier about helping a friend yesterday who's doing a build on a 1999 Jeep XJ. It's coming along nice. He got the fenders cut and a 3" lift installed Friday and yesterday. New wheels with tires I'd avoid taking anywhere except the mall parking lot..... Well! He couldn't resist! Him and a neighbor went "wheelin" this morning, after we had 4-3/4" of rain last week. The XJ is sunk like the Titanic! Rocker panels sitting on the ground kinda stuck.....Standing water in a field that was chisel plowed a week ago!

Good news is there's a John Deere log skidder on the farm where they're stuck. Bad news is none of those at the farm even know how to start it, much less RUN it or operate the winch on it. By the sound of things, HIGHLY unlikely my Tacoma would budge it. On my way as soon as I'm out of work @2PM. Better go find my camera! LOVE dragging out stuck Jeeps!

This is a friend who I met through a group that I ride Harley's with. He's a stereotypical "I smell Rice" anti-Japanese brand ANYTHING kinda guy. (Who owned a Landcruiser for 10 years, but that's different) He CONSTANTLY fires off anti-Toyota comments. I will MOST DEFINATELY back up to him and hook up the recovery strap, take a picture, then go start up the skidder. Gonna call a friend who has a Landcruiser (with winch) and see if he'll go with me. Gonna be using ALL my CHEAP-JEEP-HEEP jokes today!

Hi Chris.... I did and I didn't. Since I'm going to put tile down in the near future, I'm just going to leave them on the floor for now. don't want to risk dumping them off the stands while moving them.
