2012 Toyota Tacoma TRD off-road

I am about to purchase new wheels and tires for my Tacoma. I am almost committed on the new Cooper Discoverer STT pro's LT275/65R18 with the Fuel Trophy wheels at 18x9 with a +1 offset. Will I rub at stock height, and will my offset be okay to not rub on UCA's, ETC. Please reply. Thanks!
