    Hello TW,

Just picked up a new Barcelona Red 2016 Tacoma TRD Off Road 4x4 last week and now a part of the Toy family. Came from a modded 2014 5.0 mustang so a big difference but couldn't be happier with my new Taco (I finally get to say I own a "Taco"). I also have a 86 Zuk with 1.6 swap on 33" (looking to sell in the next couple of months). Currently no mods on the taco but time and $ will change that soon. Looking at starting off with some sliders in the next month and then move on to 3" coilover lift with new wheels and tires. Located in the Houston area so if you know any vendors locally it would be much appreciated.

PS: Looking to sell my mud flaps/shark running boards/ premium floor mats. Let me know if you're interested.

Very interested... does anyone know if these new Sharks would fit a 2014 Taco extended cab?
    Thanks for any input.

Should fit double and access cabs since they are the same length running boards. The Shark running boards are adjustable along the length of the running board.

Thanks TacoRD16, nice of you to offer assistance...
But I don't quite "get" how one size fits both "Double" or "Extended" cabs when most manufacturers are highly specific about the model differences.
Also, would they "line up" to mount to the undercarriage on a '14, same as they obviously do on a '16?

    Anyone know for sure?

    Thanks all.....

Two (2) bolts to the body on the left and two bolts (2) on the board on the right to adjust the length of the running board.20160408_163507.jpg

Most running boards are not adjustable... these are so as long as the two bolts on the left will match the body then you can use two or three attachment points at any length of the running board.

I believe another member confirmed that the two bolts are the same spacing... but I personally haven't tested.

TacoRD16 wow thanks for the pic and all...
So I think the question that still remains is: will the (2016) bolts that attach to the body underside match up/sit correctly on the 2014 underside?

But wouldn't the (LOA) double cab board have to be longer than an extended cab board? The cab is a full half a door longer.

For rock sliders they are the same length for both... but I guess you wouldn't really want a running board to go past the cab unless you intend to use it to reach into the bed of the truck. Length wise they will fit between the front and rear wheel.
