If you want to fill the inner fender due to cutting the bed use the next size plastic approx 2mm thick. That has to be bolted on to bed.

How big a flare are your fenders? I'm wanting to try this with my 1st gen I think..

 

Do you have any pictures of the inside of the engine bay with that? Does it look any different from the normal install? Im trying to get an idea of what it looks like inside the fender before it goes into the engine bay

 

Clean install and props for headin down to South America! Also, first person I've seen also from Naples on here.

 

Here was my install, my biggest problem is the hap that was left behind the snorkel.

 

you guys should look into working with fiberglass, it's easier than you may think.

 

Nice setup. Especially how it contours to the wins22hield instead of sticking straight up.

 

Hope it's not too late but I switched to 3/32 thickness..much stronger!!!
